Empowering Women

The Six-Month Program

Development that changes how you lead — not just what you know.

Traditional leadership training often focuses on adding more information and more skills.

Empowering Women in Finance focuses on what determines whether those skills are used: confidence, mindset, behaviour, professional relationships and leadership identity.

Over six months, participants learn, practise and apply new approaches in real professional situations.

  • ·Greater individual attention
  • ·Stronger accountability
  • ·Relevant sector-specific insight
  • ·Meaningful professional relationships

Your next step

Discuss whether the program is right for you

Every prospective participant is encouraged to speak with Caroline before deciding. It is a confidential conversation about where you are, what you want to achieve and whether this program is the right route.

For organizations sponsoring more than one participant or considering a dedicated internal cohort, corporate arrangements are available on request.

Your organization may fund your place

Many employers have budgets for leadership development, succession planning, talent retention and professional progression. Caroline can help prospective participants explain:

  • Why the program is relevant to their current role
  • The professional outcomes they want to achieve
  • How the learning will benefit their team and organization
  • How progress can be discussed with their line manager
  • Why this is an investment in leadership capability rather than a general training course
